CONNECTION POINTS
FBox Records is a London based label formed early
in 2005 and run by Katie English (Isnaj Dui). Focusing
primarily on electroacoustic music, FBox makes a move against the inorganic qualities of purely laptop based
music, preferring to embrace a more natural side of electronica. It has fast become a rather loose collective of sorts, forming relationships with many musicians floating somewhere between electronica, noise, post-rock and modern classical.
ISNAJ DUI - DUODECIM SUBSCRIPTION PROJECT
A subscription album, running from September 2011
to August 2012.
Each one of the twelve tracks will be written and recorded within one month. The work will also incorporate sounds and images recorded during that month to capture the change of seasons and will work through a circle of fifths over the course of the year (starting in C in September).
Subscription includes:
•One track every month, recorded during that month and
sent direct to you for download.
•A beautifully packaged CD release of the twelve tracks at the end of the project.
